I've been working with Alliance Consulting for over 2 years now, first at ContextWeb and currently at Conductor, Inc. In fact, when I joined Conductor, I was happy to discover that we were in negotiations with Alliance already. We needed to quickly form a team to design and build a n-tiered web application from scratch. Not only did Alliance quickly assemble a team to my specification, they under took some really innovative design challenges with JSON and AJAX. Best of all Alliance provided great onsite talent to help guide the development of our new product as well as manage the offshore resources. To me that is the secret of successful offshore development--great local project management.
